At Vital Threads, we believe you should feel empowered by what you wear. If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we're here to fix it.
Our 30-Day Promise You have 30 days from the day your item is delivered to request a return or exchange. If the fit isn't right or the vibe isn't perfect, we'll make it right.
How to Return:

Email us: Send a quick note to vitalthreadsclothing@icloud.com with your Order # and let us know what went wrong.

Free Returns: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund or Exchange: Once we see the item is on its way back, we’ll trigger your refund or send out your new size immediately.
The "Fair Play" Rules: To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Note on Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged or with a print error, do not return it. Just send us a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
