Our founder Tom's daughter was assaulted by a member of his community. This is his way to honor her while helping other families through the hardest time of their lives.

All orders are made directly for you. Production takes 3–6 business days, followed by economy shipping of 3–5 business days (Domestic U.S.).

For optimal durability and lasting softness:

Upon opening your product, there may be a faint square around the design from the printing process — this is normal and will disappear after the first wash. If it doesn't, contact us at tom@vitalthreadsclothing.com and we'll take care of you.
FAQs
How long does shipping take? Is it free?
Orders are printed in 3–6 business days, then ship in 3–5 business days. You'll receive order confirmation upon purchase and tracking info as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders over $60, and we periodically run promotions — watch for banners or sign up for emails to stay informed.
Do your items run true to size? Are they unisex?
Yes — most customers find our unisex sizing runs true to size. Detailed size charts are in the Size Chart tab on each product page, just below Add to Cart. Check the product specs tab to confirm whether a style is unisex or gender-specific.
Do they shrink?
As long as you wash cold and tumble dry low, no. All items are pre-shrunk. The only shrinking we've heard of is from customers who wash or dry on high heat.
Can I exchange my item if it doesn't fit?
Every item is printed to order, so we don't take sizing returns — but we don't leave you stuck either. Check the size chart before ordering, and if the fit is still wrong, keep it or gift it, email us your order number, and we'll send a 55% off code to reorder the right size.
How soft are your hoodies and t-shirts?
All garments are made from premium materials. Customers consistently describe them as "super soft," "cozy," and "incredibly comfortable."
What's the difference between midweight and heavyweight?
Midweight hoodies are warm without being bulky — perfect for spring, fall, and cooler evenings. Heavyweight styles are thicker for cold winter days or anyone who loves that cozy, blanket-weight feel.
Will the print crack or peel after washing?

Do you offer women's/men's cuts or are they all unisex?
Many styles are unisex, but we do offer select styles cut specifically for women or men. Look for "For Her" or "For Him" in the product title.
Are the colors accurate to what I see online?
We work hard to display colors accurately and customers consistently note colors are vibrant and true to the photos. For best results, view with full brightness and no blue light filters enabled.
