All orders are made directly for you. Production takes 3–6 business days, followed by economy shipping of 1–5 business days (Domestic U.S.).

Upon opening your product, there may be a faint square around the design from the printing process — this is normal and will disappear after the first wash. If it doesn't, contact us at Studio@vitalthreadsclothing.com and we'll take care of you.

How long does shipping take? Is it free?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive order confirmation upon purchase and tracking info as soon as your order ships. We don't currently offer free shipping, but we periodically run promotions — watch for banners or sign up for emails to stay informed.

Do your items run true to size? Are they unisex?

Yes — most customers find our unisex sizing runs true to size. Detailed size charts are on each product page next to the size selector. Check the product specs tab to confirm whether a style is unisex or gender-specific.

Do they shrink?

As long as you wash cold and tumble dry low, no. All items are pre-shrunk. The only shrinking we've heard of is from customers who wash or dry on high heat.

Can I exchange my item if it doesn't fit?

Absolutely. We recommend consulting the size chart before ordering, but if you need to swap sizes we make the process easy. All non-clearance items are backed by our VT Promise.

How soft are your hoodies and t-shirts?

All garments are made from premium materials. Customers consistently describe them as "super soft," "cozy," and "incredibly comfortable."

What's the difference between midweight and heavyweight?

Midweight hoodies are warm without being bulky — perfect for spring, fall, and cooler evenings. Heavyweight styles are thicker for cold winter days or anyone who loves that cozy, blanket-weight feel.

Will the print crack or peel after washing?

Do you offer women's/men's cuts or are they all unisex?

Many styles are unisex, but we do offer select styles cut specifically for women or men. Look for "For Her" or "For Him" in the product title.

Are the colors accurate to what I see online?

We work hard to display colors accurately and customers consistently note colors are vibrant and true to the photos. For best results, view with full brightness and no blue light filters enabled.
